Lemon Burst Loaves
1 3/4 C. flour
3/4 C. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 C. sour cream
1 egg
1/3 C. butter, melted
2 T. grated lemon peel
1 T. lemon juice
Glaze:
2 T. lemon juice
2/3 C. powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour your loaf pans. (Could use mini - but I used 2 small-to-medium size pans.)
In a large bowl - whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda & salt.
In another bowl - beat the sour cream, egg, butter, lemon peel & lemon juice until smooth. Make a well in the dry ingredients and add the wet ingredients. Stir just until moistened.
Fill the pans 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing the loaves from the pans onto a wire rack to cool.
For the glaze - stir the lemon juice and powdered sugar together. Add more juice or sugar depending on the consistency you want. I find the original to work to a nice drizzling consistency. Pour over the tops to cover.

That sounds very much like the recipe I use. I have not made lemon bread in a long time. Now that I see yours, I want some! It's too hot to bake tonight, but maybe this weekend.
