Asian Beef & Noodles

So easy!!!!!

Asian Beef & Noodles

1 lb. ground beef
2 pkgs. Oriental Ramen Noodles
2 C. frozen vegetable mixture (I like the California blend)
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 T. thinly sliced green onions

In a large skillet, brown ground beef.  Remove with slotted spoon and put in a bowl/dish and pour off the drippings.  Season beef with 1 seasoning packet from the noodles.  Set aside.

In the same skillet, combine 2 C. water, noodles (broken into several pieces), vegetables, ginger, and remaining seasoning packet.  Bring to a boil.  Reduce heat.  Cover and simmer for 3 minutes or until noodles are tender.  Stir occasionally.

Return the beef to the skillet.  Heat through.  Stir in the green onion right before serving.

Here are the ingredients -

I like to serve some type of bread with this -

The finished product is the first pic in the post.  I like to have mine in a bowl, but Mr. Cardigan prefers a plate.
